The Commitment

  • Be the primary consultant on 4 to 6 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies.
  • Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly.
  • Become an expert on the NetSuite application.
  • Work closely with Appficiency leaders to deliver client projects.
  • Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.
  • Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training.

The Essentials

  • Multi-Book Accounting + Multi-Currency Experience in NetSuite.
  • SuiteBilling / Subscription Management in NetSuite.
  • Advanced Revenue Management Expertise.
  • 5-8 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce space.
  • Experience in Managing Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.e. distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementations.
  • MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in consulting, IT, software, or specific business models such as distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, media & advertising, or finance.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications, preferably NetSuite.
  • Comfortable working on EST Time Zone.
