Job description

Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Survey Tip: Employees matched to this job family may be known as warehouse associates, shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.

What You'll Do

  • Process day to day logistic work including but not limited to labelling, reboxing, bundling etc
  • Responsible for cycle count service parts inventory
  • Manufacturing inbound logistic work
  • Order outbound picking and QC using both Android device and regular Synnex system.
  • Accurately pick product based on part number and quantities on assigned pick lists
  • Maintain records of merchandise shipped
  • Process exchange / replacement RMA for customers
  • RMA / service parts receiving / shipping / RTV
  • Dispatch technician’s service repair work
  • Product refurbish related work
  • Clearance, liquidation, ewaste handling
  • 3PL logistic handling
  • Follow the procedure to perform basic product testing, assembling when needed
  • Basic product hardware and software configuration work
  • Ensure housekeeping is a daily priority
  • Be able to meet and maintain the departmental productivity standards
  • Work as part of a team
  • Prioritize the daily workload
  • Additional duties assigned by management
  • Work in a safe manner. Be conscientious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health and safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation to the employer.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is required
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiar with service procedure
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong research and learning abilities, with good memory to self-learn using internet and other available resources
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to communicate with vendor support and customers
  • Quick learner and adapt new business and new environment quickly
  • Professional, friendly and courteous telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good basic math skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment, providing fast turnaround time while maintaining
