Note: This is a 9 month term

What You Will Do:

  • You will support the GTM group by providing support for Internal Audits and External Inspections (e.g. PHMSA, CER, etc.) to ensure Inspection Readiness and ensure Action Items closed.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and best practices to ensure compliance and improve audit processes.

  • Review and communicate lessons learned from different sources (i.e., incidents, CAPAs, external).

  • The IRM Document and Records Management and the coordination of the DMOC (Document Management of Change) process.

  • General reporting on performance metrics and industry trend analysis

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience directly related to Engineering and Integrity for Pipeline, Facilities, and/or Storage for Natural Gas.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Effective and professional interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Problem solving and critical thinking.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint Online and ability to utilize other engineering/technical computer applications.

Working Conditions:
  • Office environment

  • Under 5% travel.

  • Company paid international relocation is not offered for this role.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
