Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluating environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicating with the manager to foster the Third Place environment.
  • Training new partners and providing performance feedback.
  • Creating a positive team environment and recognizing partner achievements.
  • Delivering legendary customer service and responding to customer needs.
  • Building positive relationships with the team and understanding individual motivations.
  • Executing store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Adhering to operational policies, cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
  • Ensuring proper cash management and consistent product quality.
  • Maintaining attendance and punctuality.
  • Fostering a safe, healthy, and sanitation-compliant environment.
  • Using organizational tools to recognize accomplishments and achieve operational excellence.
