A leading community service provider in Alberta is seeking a full-time Youth & Family Counsellor. This role involves working with young people in a structured setting, implementing therapeutic practices, and maintaining a supportive environment. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in youth services, along with essential certifications.
For over 30 years, Vantage Community Services has provided a continuum of services designed to meet the needs of our Central Alberta community. We are guided by the principles of developing capacity with an emphasis on effective coping skills, making meaning of one’s experiences and an ability to form healthy relationships. We are seeking a qualified, motivated individuals to fill the following positions.
YOUTH & FAMILY COUNSELLORS (FULL TIME)
The Youth / Family Counsellor is the primary worker with young people, normally on rotating shifts that provide coverage twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and is a contributing member of a team providing service to young people and families within a structured setting.

Annual salary range for this position is $40,380-$51,818 - placement on union salary grid based on education and years of relevant experience. Vantage Community Services offers a great benefit package including health, dental, life & disability coverage, a Registered Pension Plan with 4% employer matching and generous vacation time with 3 weeks of vacation per year to start.
