The Opportunity

Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be the intermediary between business departments and the IT department. This role involves:

1. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives
3. Ensuring the delivery of data-driven, innovative solutions that align with organizational goals

The position aims to drive business efficiency, improve decision-making, and actively contributes to the successful execution of projects. This position leads software selection and implementation of projects and is strongly focused on leveraging advancements in AI, digital transformation, open banking, and payments to address the specific needs of the organization.

(This position is outside of the bargaining unit)

Schedule Description

Permanent Full-Time - 37 Hours per week

Current annual salary range: $68,500 - $85,000

Education, Experience & Designations

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
• 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA) designation is an asset

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
