Your Role

Your Role Will Include
Leadership and Management Aspects:
  • Leading and planning the development and expansion of the technical knowledge of staff in the Structural Discipline to meet technical, marketing, and project delivery needs, including training plans and goals.
  • Ensuring backup and succession planning for duties and expertise within the Structural Discipline across all markets.
  • Implementing strategies for consistent project and market delivery.
  • Coaching employees through formal and informal training and mentoring.
  • Collaborating with Managers and Market Directors to build teams aligned with market trends and demands.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure positive organizational outcomes as part of the leadership team.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Managing resource allocation and workload priorities.
  • Building capabilities to attract, develop, and retain staff, and deploying staff effectively on projects.
  • Participating in industry events to promote the firm’s expertise.
Technical Aspects

As the leader in the Structural Discipline, you will engage through all project stages, from definition to completion, recognizing opportunities, understanding client needs, and managing project delivery.

  • Staying current with industry and technology trends.
  • Providing technical leadership on complex assignments.
  • Ensuring QA/QC procedures are followed.
  • Coordinating with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Guiding project teams on risk management and mitigation.
