What You’ll Be Doing
The Manager of Platform and System Design reports to the VP of Architecture, Data Governance & Data Protection and they are responsible for overseeing the strategic design, development, and implementation of the systems and platforms that support the Fidelity Investment Canada, Fidelity Wealth, and Private Wealth business.
This role focuses on driving platform optimization, enhancing the data ecosystem, and ensuring the alignment of systems with the firm’s broader IT and business strategies. The successful candidate will manage a team of technical and data architects, working to integrate cutting-edge technology solutions, cloud-based infrastructures, and data management systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
