Position : Sr. Business Development Representative

Program Duration : 18-month J-1 Visa Training Program

Future Opportunity : Return to Canada as a full-time sales representative with Integrated Power Services (IPS)

  • Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, identify sales opportunities, and generate profitable sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally, listen to their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.

Who You Are - Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
  • Eager to gain international business experience and launch a long-term sales career.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools preferred.
  • Meet the requirements of the 18-month J-1 Visa program:
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Completed a foreign (non-U.S.) degree (preferably in sales, sales engineering, or industrial distribution sales).
  • One year of work experience.
