Where the Chemistry Happens…

We are seeking a Production Shift Lead to supervise, lead, and train production and warehouse staff, focusing on efficient, high-quality product output while maintaining safety standards.

Formula for Success: You Will…

  • Produce quality products efficiently and safely.
  • Lead and develop employees on shift, including training, re-training, and instructing in all job aspects.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping, upgrade standards, and track production statistics.
  • Take responsibility for safety, inspections, audits, training, and incident reporting within the department.
  • Manage security and control of the facility during off shifts.
  • Collaborate with operators, production staff, warehouse staff, QC Manager, Quality Control Coordinator, maintenance staff, and supervisors to fulfill daily responsibilities.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

  • Operator Level 2 certification in Solid Core process and manufacturing methodology.
  • Ability to motivate and direct team members during shifts.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to legislative and corporate policies, especially in EHS areas.
  • Understanding of Quality standards and their impact on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and computer skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing steps/ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills with team members, peers, and supervisors, particularly regarding job instruction and quality.
