Join ACRRM and play a key role in shaping rural and remote healthcare by coordinating dynamic regional education workshops.

The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate and organise the delivery of regional education workshops. If you're up for a challenge and want to make a difference, this could be the perfect position for you!

Your Duties Will Include

  • Coordination of regional educational events and workshops
  • Provision of general administrative support to regional training and education program delivery
  • Data entry

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support, including experience in dealing with confidential matters.
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications and databases
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently once directed.

This permanent full-time appointment is based in Townsville and is an integral part of a busy and dynamic team.
