We are seeking a highly skilled Database Automated Test Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database testing methodologies and automation tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our database systems.

Job Duties & Accountabilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for database systems using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with database developers and architects to understand system requirements and identify testing needs.
• Develop and maintain test data to support automated testing efforts.
• Analyze test results and identify defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall quality of the database systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in database testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• In-depth knowledge of database concepts, including SQL, data modeling, and normalization.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Perl, Bash).
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Playwirght.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with cloud-based and local databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Oracle, Postgress).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Certification in database testing or automation.
