We are seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ottawa. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end project life cycle for ICI construction projects.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
4. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
5. Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may affect project delivery.
6. Prepare regular reports on project status and performance metrics.
7. Lead project meetings and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Waster Water/Water project experience is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing ICI construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations in Canada.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• PMP certification is an asset.
