About the role:

The Digital Media Coordinator supports the development and implementation of successful digital media campaigns across the agency to deliver exceptional work. You’ll be the glue that holds each client team together by bridging strategy & planning with reporting, creative trafficking and coordination.

You’re a self-starter that takes initiative. You’re curious and open to new ideas, love solving problems and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You have strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project management of digital media campaigns.
  • Campaign execution across digital and social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Support client leads/planners in the development of strategic digital media plans
  • Prepare digital campaign deliverables and communicate effectively with the agency partners.
  • Coordinate delivery of creative materials to vendors and manage timelines.
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a marketing/media agency environment
  • Experience with Paid Social, Analytics and execution is considered an asset
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and able to work independently while utilizing team resources effectively
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable discussing data and results, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude. You’re not afraid to ask “Why?”
  • Interest in all things digital: Social, Mobile, Video, Analytics.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
