Your role
As a Senior Advisor, you will provide guidance and advisory services on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract models and the implementation of Lean Project Delivery Systems. You will be part of a dedicated national Collaborative & Lean Project Delivery Team, working directly with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to facilitate successful project implementation. While your focus will be on IPD, you may also support on Progressive Design Build (PDB) and Alliance model deliveries.
Your goal is to become the trusted voice of the project, earning respect from clients and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. You should understand the differences between shared risk / reward contract models and other delivery models, and be familiar with Lean manufacturing principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, continuously growing your skills in these areas. You are comfortable challenging traditional tools and processes, recognizing opportunities to improve value and reduce waste, and addressing silo behaviors in the industry.
You are proactive in learning and applying new tools, strategies, and methodologies from Lean, IPD, and collaborative delivery lessons learned, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to achieve optimal project results. You value teamwork, can coach colleagues, and are open to being coached. Collaboration on process improvement is essential.
