About the Role :
Reporting to the Manager, Data Center Infrastructure, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Data Center Infrastructure team. This role collaborates with internal and external teams across the province to ensure services align with eHealth's strategic direction and meet business requirements. Responsibilities include developing strategies, plans, roadmaps, and business cases in collaboration with eHealth and its partners.
Key skills include building strong relationships, customer service focus, solving complex IT problems, and timely engagement with subject matter experts. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Experience in project management, problem-solving, documentation, change management, and quality control is essential. Expertise in application best practices and future integrations in various settings is required.
