What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct pre/post-sale insurance business reviews of independent licensed insurance agents
2. Initiate and provide reporting for client and agent file reviews in adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
3. Prepare reports identifying statistics, trends, and training opportunities for agents
4. Provide corrective coaching and training to agents for compliance with policies and regulations
5. Perform periodic field branch audits to ensure adherence to business and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Two years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry with supervisory/compliance experience
2. Life Insurance License
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Proficiency in MS Office products

1. Post-secondary education in finance or business
2. Knowledge of employer processes and procedures
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
4. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in French, English, or Punjabi
