Machine Operator (MOP) - Press Brakes

POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Machine Shop team, this position will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery, such as press brakes, flat sheet lasers, shears, tube lasers, and tube bending, while adhering to company procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Operates shears, punches and brakes, and power hand tools.
2. Works effectively in a team environment.
3. Adheres to safety procedures as they apply to all equipment used in this position.
4. Reads and interprets blueprints and/or process sheets.
5. Maintains accurate information flow to support our first-time quality initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

1. Prior experience operating a press brake, shear and/or punch press is required for this position.
2. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Must be flexible to work various shifts.
