Overview:

Pillway is building tech products to simplify the patient experience. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to create innovative product experiences that improve people’s lives.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and web platforms.
2. Implement responsive UI and state management using frameworks like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC to ensure consistent cross-platform behaviour.
3. Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver features aligned with user needs and business goals.
4. Optimize performance across mobile and web platforms, ensuring smooth rendering and fast load times.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards for Flutter and Dart.
6. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools for functionality like push notifications, analytics, and payments.
7. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team performance.
8. Stay current with new technologies, Flutter releases, and best practices, proactively bringing improvements to the team.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of professional experience in application development using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
2. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
3. Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integration libraries.
4. Deep understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).
5. Experience with unit and integration testing for mobile and web.
6. Proficiency with CI/CD processes for mobile and web deployments.
7. Familiarity with responsive design principles for seamless cross-platform experiences.
8. Experience with Git version control and code collaboration tools.
9. Knowledge of agile development and healthcare/digital health products is a plus.
