Senior Account Executive – Channel Sales (MSP, Independent Agents, IT, Telecom Resellers)

The Role : As a Senior Account Executive in Channel Sales, you will develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners such as Independent Telecom Agents, IT Consultants, and strategic resellers. Your goal is to foster loyalty and drive sales through these channels.

You will leverage your existing relationships with IT firms and build services via Agent, Reseller, or Carrier Network Reseller models. The role is primarily hunting (85%) with some internal collaboration (15%).

What to Expect : You will be equipped with tools, systems, and support to succeed, including quoting tools, CRM, and collaborative teammates.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage a pipeline of channel opportunities.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with partners.
  • Follow up proactively and consistently.
  • Collaborate internally to align on deal strategies.
  • Educate partners about our services and advantages.

Qualifications :

  • College or University education, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in sales or partner / channel management.
  • Organized and process-oriented.
