Halifax Partnership is Halifax's public-private economic development organization. The Economic Development Analyst will gather, analyze, and present information on Halifax's economy, supporting the outward-facing investment attraction team.

Primary tasks include creating materials for internal and external use to prioritize investment targets, assisting with the Halifax Index and Productivity Puzzle, and supporting data compilation, sales outreach, and policy research across teams.

Competenze

• Degree in economics, business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience conducting economic/market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Mansioni

• Gather, manipulate, and analyze economic data for Halifax economy.
• Create materials for internal stakeholders to target investment opportunities.
• Prepare external materials to advocate Halifax investment case.
• Support Halifax Index and Productivity Puzzle events and materials.
