Westin Furniture is an industry-leading provider of indoor and outdoor patio furniture with over 20 years of experience. Our products are available in specialty stores, department stores, home centers, and online retailers. We are seeking an E-Commerce Account Assistant to manage our Target marketplace channel and develop additional sales channels to grow our business. This role is based in the office.
Responsibilities :
- Create and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms, including Target and others.
- Understand platform-specific requirements and guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Manage listing images to meet platform standards and enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Account Manager on strategies and goals.
- Perform other e-commerce support tasks as needed.
Ideal Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience with e-commerce product listings and Target marketplace management.
- Knowledge of Acenda platform is a plus.
- Understanding of multiple e-commerce platforms and their listing requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image editing.
- Experience with online sales platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated with good initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience :
- Minimum 1 year managing online listings specifically for Target Marketplace.
- Experience in the furniture or outdoor furniture industry is a plus.
- Experience with marketplace analytics tools and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements & Attributes :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or 2-3 years of related experience.
- Proven success in managing marketplace listings and increasing sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Acenda.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and PPC advertising.
- Attention to detail and understanding of branding and product positioning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
