Job description

Background & Purpose of the Job:
eRetailers play an increasing role in the consumer decision journey and serve as key touchpoints for brands to engage with consumers through personalized conversations, product inspiration, and engaging experiences. The business model of eRetailers has evolved into a self-service interface that displays our product offers with rich content and manages traffic via advanced digital marketing solutions. To meet these new challenges, we need to strengthen our eCommerce teams, structuring them to design and execute activation plans across various eRetail platforms (Pure Players, Marketplaces, Bricks and Clicks, and Direct To Consumer) that optimize media and sales efficiency seamlessly and consistently.

This role is based in Scarborough, ON and is hybrid.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do:

  • Develop GSEB online sales
  • Optimize sales conversion, trade-up, and In-House Share (IHS) for each Bricks & Clicks account
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns on e-retailers (Walmart, Costco), including display, PPC, paid social, SEO, and affiliate marketing
  • Maximize ROI of the retail activation budget

Driving visibility for Groupe SEB Brands

  • Understand online shopping behavior, traffic sources, and content relevance for sales
  • Implement action plans to enhance online visibility on retailer platforms and other digital touchpoints, with proper reporting
  • Collaborate with KAMs, Content Managers, and Retailers’ Performance Marketing teams to align strategies and negotiate deals

Monitoring and improving performance of KPIs

  • Track IHS (if available), online POS sales, campaign ROI, and review/content syndication tools
  • Establish clear, data-driven goal setting processes
  • Share industry best practices and insights

Budget Management

  • Manage budgets over $0.5m, negotiate with retailer teams, and oversee external agency collaborations
  • Brief agencies and manage retail media campaigns (e.g., Mabaya, Amazon)

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Strong ability to work transversally across complex environments, with high autonomy and agility
  • Proficiency in English for international exposure
  • Influence at C-level and negotiation skills

Hard skills include:

  • Over 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Background in digital marketing, retail trade marketing, shopper marketing, key account management, or retail buying
  • Experience managing eCommerce activation plans and understanding KPIs
  • Consumer/shopping-centric mindset and data visualization skills
