Groupe SEB is seeking a skilled eCommerce Marketing professional to enhance online sales and drive performance across key retail platforms. This role, based in Scarborough, ON, involves developing marketing strategies, optimizing sales channels, and managing a significant budget, all within a dynamic and inclusive team environment. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in marketing and possesses strong negotiation and digital marketing skills.
Background & Purpose of the Job:
eRetailers play an increasing role in the consumer decision journey and serve as key touchpoints for brands to engage with consumers through personalized conversations, product inspiration, and engaging experiences. The business model of eRetailers has evolved into a self-service interface that displays our product offers with rich content and manages traffic via advanced digital marketing solutions. To meet these new challenges, we need to strengthen our eCommerce teams, structuring them to design and execute activation plans across various eRetail platforms (Pure Players, Marketplaces, Bricks and Clicks, and Direct To Consumer) that optimize media and sales efficiency seamlessly and consistently.
This role is based in Scarborough, ON and is hybrid.
