Job summary

ENCAP, INC. is seeking an Ecological Restoration Foreman to lead field crews on restoration and construction projects.

You will supervise laborers, ensure safety, manage daily schedules, track hours against budgets, and coordinate with superintendents and directors to deliver quality work on time. The role requires a CDL, five years in ecological restoration or related work, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with basic office software.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent field experience.
• Valid CDL or ability to attain within 3 months.
• At least 5 years in ecological restoration or related fields.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in rugged conditions.
• English fluency; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Completion of NWCG I-100, S-130, S-190, S-290 wildfire training; OSHA-30.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce ENCAP safety policies; conduct toolbox talks.
• Lead and supervise crews; ensure quality of work.
• Operate and coordinate with equipment and vehicles; ensure maintenance.
• Read construction drawings and specifications; ensure on-site compliance.
• Coordinate material delivery and staging with supervisors.
