School District 57 (Prince George) is seeking a Gr. 6/7 French Immersion Teacher for a limited duration contract starting September 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will possess a valid BC Teaching Certificate and demonstrate experience in inclusive education, assessment strategies, and integrating Indigenous culture into the curriculum. This role offers a competitive salary and relocation allowance, contributing to a vibrant educational community in Prince George.
2025-2026 - Ecole College Heights Elementary School - 1.0 FTE - Gr. 6/7 French Immersion - Limited Duration Contract. A teacher is required by School District No. 57 (Prince George) effective September 1, 2025. Applicants with assessment and trauma-informed practice experience are preferred. School District No.57 resides on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nations, McLeod Lake Indian Band, and the Simpcw First Nations. We serve 41 schools, including 32 elementary, 8 secondary, and 1 district learning support center, providing educational programs for approximately 15,000 students. We support Indigenous students through Local Education Agreements, co-constructing educational services with each Nation.
