Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business management function and support the development and implementation of strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Plan, lead, manage, and oversee diverse work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across various functions.
  • Provide expertise and support for enterprise or cross-functional projects and initiatives, including solution design and testing.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences, developing roadmaps, strategic plans, frameworks, and goals.
  • Partner with management and leadership teams, recognizing industry trends, issues, and opportunities, and advising senior management accordingly.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across initiatives and domains, influencing and aligning efforts as needed.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to business management activities.
  • Manage relationships with control functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
  • Stay informed of emerging issues, trends, and regulations, assessing their impact on the bank.
  • Identify key issues, escalate appropriately, and participate in governance and risk management activities.

  • Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge within the area of expertise.

  • Manage complex projects independently, often reporting to senior management or executives.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
