Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
3. Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
4. Leverage company-provided leads to supplement your prospecting efforts.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
6. Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required.
2. Valid RIBO license/OTL willing to switch to RIBO.
3. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.

5. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
6. A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
7. Exceptional phone skills.
