ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: McDougall Energy is seeking a part-time Lead Hand position at our Seaforth Shell gas stationlocated at 17 Goderich St. W. Seaforth, ON.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment.
• Ensure all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal.
• Ensure accurate operation of cashier systems.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and balanced.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.
• Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco, lottery and alcohol products.
• Support and assist the Manager will all aspects of retail operations.
  
  

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, merchandising and organizational skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays.
• Valid G drivers' license and reliable form of transportation to and from work.
  
  

The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass the Retail Smart Serve course if not already certified.
