What You Can Expect to Do
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, planners, designers, and contract administrators.
  • Implement and execute project control plans for large P3 and Design-Build projects exceeding $5M.
  • Support baseline budgets and work breakdown structures to manage hours and expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting on planned value, actual costs, earned value, and schedule.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate team members.
  • Assess impacts of changes to baselines, estimates, and forecasted project performance.
  • Identify, notify, and resolve deviations from the plan, considering potential future impacts.
  • Develop strategies to realign project performance and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Understand project evolution to prevent unforeseen cost and schedule impacts.
  • Measure progress effectively based on project size and complexity.
  • Manage project financial health, including variance reporting.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing project and management reports.
  • Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, cost, quality, and change management plans.
