We are looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms.

Job Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand voice, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring our content captures attention in a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and proactive, with experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  2. Stay up to date with industry trends, viral content, and emerging social media features to optimize engagement.
  3. Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, reels, and carousels using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro OR Canva & CapCut.
  4. Write compelling captions, social copy, and hashtags that align with our brand voice.
  5. Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  6. Analyze performance metrics, track social media insights, and provide reports with data-driven recommendations.
  7. Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to expand our reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro OR Canva & CapCut.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and digital engagement.

Pay Rate : $19 - $21 CAD, with opportunity for growth.
