Our client is seeking a Spa Manager/Partner to oversee the daily operations of their local, natural medi-spa.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience as a medi-spa esthetician, with the ability to perform various spa treatments. Strong managerial skills, including experience in scheduling, hiring and training staff, and budgeting, will be considered valuable assets for this customer-focused spa.

A passion for spa services and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for guests are essential to thrive in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engaging with current clients to ensure they are satisfied and comfortable with the services and environment.
• Explaining available and recommended services tailored to client needs.
• Performing various spa treatments, including facials, skin treatments, laser hair removal, and others.
• Overseeing the spa’s budget and financial forecasting.
• Hiring and onboarding new staff for various services as required.
• Ensuring smooth operations, including managing tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Handling payments, invoicing, and general bookkeeping/accounting tasks.
• Providing support to staff members as needed.

Experience:

• Previous working experience as an Esthetician is required.
• Spa management experience is considered a strong asset.

Skills:

Base Salary:

• Salary based on position and experience.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week expected.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is required.

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and requires on-site presence.

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
