The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) promotes and protects the public interest by governing and regulating the practice of human resource professionals across Ontario. Our mission is to enhance the knowledge, skill, and proficiency of HR professionals who drive economic growth, elevate workplace talent, and contribute to safe, fair, and thriving work environments.
We are seeking a lawyer with a background in professional regulation to play a key role in developing and implementing policies and processes that support high standards of HR practice.
Role Overview
As Counsel, Regulatory and Policy, you will be a pivotal member of the HRPA. Leveraging your experience in professional regulation, you will enhance our practices, policies, and processes; provide legal support and advice; and develop resources for HR professionals.
This role is ideal for a legal professional who enjoys a varied workload, balancing regulatory operations with policy development and legal advisory work — and who is passionate about impacting workplaces in Ontario and beyond.
