What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Daily care of guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning washrooms, and vacuuming
  2. Supporting the culinary program with serving, clearing, and cleaning
  3. Executing the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge and looking after guest laundry
  4. Providing a professional, highly organized, and detailed hospitality experience
  5. Supporting the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary education in the hospitality field, preferred
  2. Food Safe Certificate
  3. First aid certificate, preferred
  4. Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment
  5. Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills

  1. Willingness to work long days and be flexible in assisting in other roles at the lodge
  2. Able to communicate effectively and openly receive and act on feedback
  3. Passion for customer service excellence and providing a high-end guest experience
  4. Able to prioritize tasks in a complex and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  5. Trustworthy and self-directed in completing the core functions of the role
