Job Description:

Can you process financial transactions accurately and feel a sense of achievement by providing excellent customer service? If so, consider applying for the position of Customer Experience Associate. We are looking for an all-around champion who can understand customer needs and recommend the best banking solutions for a positive experience.

In this role, you will:
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.
  • Achieve goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and promptly.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes clearly.
  • Help foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and participating in personal development.
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and excellence.
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous manner.

Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is considered an asset.
