The Ad Ops Coordinator will be executing tasks associated with digital campaigns on ad server platforms. You will collaborate with various individuals internally and externally in the advertising landscape to launch digital campaigns.

what you do :

  • Campaign setup and management on ad serving platforms for Plus Company’s media portfolios
  • Quality assurance of media campaign set-up & functionality
  • Coordinate implementation of ad server campaign tags with partners
  • Upkeep & maintain status of tasks in project management platforms
  • Assist with investigating delivery discrepancies & technical issues
  • Support various internal ad ops projects

what you bring to the table :

  • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
  • Must be detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
  • Experience with excel formulas is an asset
  • Experience with project management platforms is an asset
  • Understanding of HTML and website structure is an asset
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.
