ADP is hiring a District Manager, (HUNTER) Majors Accounts .

About the Role

As a District Manager, Majors Accounts , you'll grow new market share for ADP's cloud-based HR solutions within a defined territory. You'll bring proven expertise and responsiveness to build strong client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
  • Develop annual business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Create account plans for prospective clients, outlining current usage, potential sales, and strategies.
  • Maintain prospective business reports and identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize various communication channels to develop new client sources.
  • Use sales automation tools to strategize market penetration and target prospects.
  • Enhance knowledge of company products versus competitors.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting into C-Suite and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong discovery and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry or competitors is a plus.
  • Experience in team-selling and CRM proficiency.
  • High school diploma; valid driver’s license.
