NorQuest College seeks a Functional Analyst to enhance their PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system. NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for someone who can find ways forward in the on-going configuration and maintenance of our PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system through participation in PeopleSoft upgrades, development projects, and working with other software that interfaces with PeopleSoft. Whether testing patches and fixes, implementing new functionality, or a full version upgrade, this position requires the ability to do extensive analysis and user acceptance testing.
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions, the Functional Analyst gathers and documents business requirements necessary for completion of upgrades and Change Requests and participates in all phases of IT Service Management processes. The Analyst coordinates and conducts user acceptance testing and identifies and resolves transactional and system problems, formulates solutions, communicates procedures to users, and completes ad hoc reporting / query development.

SALARY : $68,192 - $85,241 reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time, perm position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
