Customer Supply Chain Support

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

15 - 28 hours/week

Overview

Working as a Part-time Customer Supply Chain Support, you will engage in activities to support the customer's supply chain and improve onsite business performance. This entry-level position offers a foundation in customer relationship management and operations. After onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be available.

Responsibilities
  • Responding and coordinating resources for customer requests
  • Managing inventory
  • Placing and fulfilling orders
  • Receiving and shipping inventory
  • Executing inventory fulfillment within the customer facility
  • Sourcing and quoting products
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing new processes
  • Reporting the value of supply chain activities to the customer
Required Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented
  • Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
  • Aligned with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
  • Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and meeting driving record requirements
  • Interest in career advancement
