1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and improve profitability.
4. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff members.
5. Responding professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
6. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Developing and organizing promotional materials and in-store displays.
8. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
9. Managing store administration, including budgets and financial records.
10. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for new stock.
