Insurance Client Success Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location : Nepean, next to the Costco at Merivale and Huntclub

Job Types : Full Time

Responsibilities :

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements :

  • Value traits such as Reliability, Authenticity, Resourcefulness, and Engagement. The successful candidate will demonstrate these traits and have opportunities to develop them in a supportive environment.
  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is an asset.
