Job description

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2024 and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business aims to become the premier platform for merchants and brands to market to local customers within an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate the growth of our ads and promotions offerings and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. Your responsibilities include executing campaign contracts, setup, billing, and analyzing reports to optimize campaign performance. You will collaborate with Account Executives and clients to ensure seamless campaign launches and work cross-functionally with teams such as account management, legal, revenue, accounting, and partner management to improve tools and processes.

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve our processes and tools.
  • Grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash by optimizing campaign delivery and performance.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by managing campaign contracts, setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

  • You have a 4-year college degree.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
  • You have the ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job.
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and following processes.
  • You are analytical, understand advertising goals and KPIs, and are motivated by data-driven problem solving with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • You excel at communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in fast-changing startup environments, and enjoy rapid learning.
  • You have a passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are eager for a new challenge.
