Job Opportunity : Remote Sales Roles in Fitness & Business Coaching

We are hiring experienced Setters and Closers to support the growth of two coaching businesses :

• Your Coach Taylor (YCT) : 1-on-1 fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching for high-performing professionals.
• Gym Profit Accelerator (GPA) : Consulting for gym owners to increase revenue and optimize operations.

Responsibilities

Setters

• Qualify and nurture inbound / outbound leads
• Collaborate with closers and leadership
• Earn per qualified appointment, with bonuses for consistency

Closers

• Guide prospects using proven frameworks
• Follow up systematically
• Earn $400–$1,000 per sale depending on the offer

Ideal Candidate

• Confident, persuasive, and performance-driven
• Experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, or consulting
• Familiar with Zoom calls
• Strong communicator with high follow-through
• Quick learner, independent worker, ethical closer

Compensation & Tools

• Closers earn $400–$1,000 per sale, with performance bonuses
• Potential to advance to hybrid roles
