The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation dedicated to setting, maintaining, and promoting high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. Our goal is to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible healthcare.

ACRRM is currently recruiting a Training Administration Officer to join the Queensland team based in Rockhampton.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our team in delivering progression monitoring and support to registrars, supervisors, and training posts across Queensland. Your Duties Will Include
  1. Stakeholder Relationships
  2. Member / Customer Service
  3. Provision of general administrative support to registrar progression activities
  4. Data entry
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
  1. Proven experience in providing administrative support
  2. Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications and databases
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  7. Ability to work independently once directed

This is a permanent full-time position based in Rockhampton and is an integral part of a busy and dynamic team.
