We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Arabic Tutor to join our team and support students in developing their language skills across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to learners of various ages and proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced speakers. You will foster a supportive and immersive learning environment, encourage cultural understanding, and help students achieve their academic or personal language goals. This position requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Arabic language and culture. Experience teaching SEND students is advantageous but not essential.
You will be able to deliver engaging learning sessions for a range of learner groups and ability levels, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction with the College and its services. You will discuss ideas for developing and promoting sessions/courses to increase learner numbers and attract new groups with the programme manager. You will undertake assessment, educational guidance, preparation of learning materials and assignments, feedback and marking of students’ work, and administration of your courses. You must have English and Maths minimum Level 2 qualifications, and a qualification or industry experience in your specialist area.
