Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor in Kitchener, Ontario. This position is perfect for a spirited, bilingual (French and English) leader who seeks to significantly impact our inside sales strategies while supervising a dedicated team. The role is a hybrid position, melding the flexibility of remote work with essential in-office collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all sales transactions.
  • Educate and work with the Market Area Sales Manager to resolve escalated or unique customer service issues.
  • Monitor activities and ensure team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation, and contact productivity.
  • Forecast hiring needs and recruit qualified candidates for available and upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
  • Facilitate ongoing formal and informal training and coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Encourage feedback and remain accessible to answer questions, provide direction, and offer assistance to your team when needed.
  • Oversee the accurate maintenance of customer records for all customer interactions including prospect data, contracts, orders, and service machine documentation.
  • Direct supervision of 6 full-time employees, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (accredited) in business or a related field, or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • At least two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Fluent in both French and English with proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team with integrity and effectiveness.

  • Experience in supervising sales teams within a hybrid remote work model.
  • Expertise in crafting sales strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate customer and employee relations.
  • An innovative problem-solver who can handle day-to-day operations as well as see the larger business context.
