Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor
We are excited to present an opportunity for a Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor in Kitchener, Ontario. Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all sales transactions.
- Educate and work with the Market Area Sales Manager to resolve escalated or unique customer service issues.
- Monitor activities and ensure team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation, and contact productivity.
- Forecast hiring needs and recruit qualified candidates for available and upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
- Facilitate ongoing formal and informal training and coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
- Encourage feedback and remain accessible to answer questions, provide direction, and offer assistance to your team when needed.
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of customer records for all customer interactions including prospect data, contracts, orders, and service machine documentation.
- Direct supervision of 6 full-time employees, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (accredited) in business or a related field, or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- At least two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
- Fluent in both French and English with proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with integrity and effectiveness.
