Virtual Occupational Therapist (W2, Hourly + Up to a $250 monthly incentive)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth to school-aged children nationwide
• Collaborate with school staff and mentors, complete documentation, and participate in IEP and team meetings
• Develop skills and expertise within a supportive, team-based environment
• Serve a diverse pediatric population remotely

Minimum Requirements:

• Caseload availability of 15-40 hours/week
• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Georgia
• Full-time resident of the U.S.
• School or pediatric experience
• Comfort with technology and access to a personal laptop (not Chromebook)

Compensation: This W2 role offers $42-$47/hour in select states, with potential incentives for working 60+ hours per pay period, depending on location, skills, and other factors.
