Position: Shop Foreman at Land Rover North Vancouver

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring the proper repair and servicing of all vehicles in the service department and maintaining technician productivity at levels set by management. This includes providing on-the-job assistance to technicians, coordinating and conducting training, inspecting jobs for quality, and fostering a high-productivity environment through leadership and effective administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality control inspections
2. Perform test drives with customers as needed
3. Review and log customer comebacks
4. Assist with dispatching work into the shop
5. Implement health and safety policies and ensure compliance
6. Diagnose vehicle issues and support technicians
7. Assist the service manager with shop-related tasks
