About The Team & Business Line

Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions by leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, Business Process Management, APIs, and Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Develop and implement automated solutions for the Citco Group, collaborating with process owners and business units to streamline operations and achieve efficiency and cost savings.
• Understand business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and software documentation.
• Assess business processes for automation potential.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to brainstorm and evaluate solutions.
• Create and review solution design documents, clearly outlining current and future states.
• Document and communicate the business outcomes and benefits of solutions.
• Manage all project lifecycle aspects, including scoping, analysis, development, review, and implementation.
• Coordinate with Process Owners and Business Leads for rollout of solutions.
• Participate in backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct weekend testing for releases, typically one or two per quarter.

Qualifications

About You:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and monitoring key metrics with business partners.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts and queries for large data sets.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, source control, and APIs.
• Assets include knowledge of financial products, hedge fund administration, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), automated testing, and technical certifications.
