Compensation and Benefits

Type: Fee-for-Service

Estimated Remuneration: $400,000+ (after overhead), with physician overhead TBD as practice is established.

• Retention Flat Fee: $35,798
• Relocation Funding: $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD)
• Recruitment Incentive: $20,000

• Funding via Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) and Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME)
