YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and are proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" approach. (Training on the AEO Selling Model will be provided!)
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the brand by sharing information about the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across different zones such as the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, demonstrating versatility.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies, demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills.
• Be a team player by assisting colleagues and contributing to team goals.
• Maintain integrity by doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures.
